Getting to Know MC Markets: The Platform, Its Five Product Lines and Where to Start
Learn what MC Markets is, what it offers and what sets it apart, so you can quickly get the big picture of the platform.
1. Platform Overview
MC Markets is a 24/7 multi-asset trading platform connecting crypto and traditional finance, transparent and verifiable. Its perpetual contracts cover not only crypto but also key global assets. When traditional markets close, trading can continue: crypto instruments can be traded around the clock, while traditional instruments follow the opening and closing hours of their real-world markets.

What does "verifiable" mean? The platform's proof of reserves is deployed on the Arbitrum network and uses two verification mechanisms: a Merkle tree and zk-SNARKs. The circuit that generates the proof has been audited by OtterSec, an independent security firm.
This means you can check for yourself whether your assets are included in the proof of reserves. Instead of just taking the platform's word that everything is fine, you can look it up yourself.
The platform's interface is available in 11 languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, Korean, French, Turkish, Vietnamese and Indonesian.
2. Five Product Lines
MC Markets offers a complete ecosystem, from trading to earning, across five product lines:

| Spot | Buy and sell crypto assets directly with USDC | Users who want to hold actual crypto assets |
| Instant Swap | Swap instantly between different coins, with no wait for on-chain confirmation | Users who need to swap coins quickly |

| User Vault | Vaults created and run by managers with their own strategies. You subscribe with USDC for shares, subscriptions and redemptions settle at the daily NAV, and there is no lock-up. Principal is not protected and no fixed return is promised | Users who want a manager to run a strategy for their funds and can accept swings in NAV |

Risk Warning
Perpetual contracts let you go long or short with leverage. Leverage increases the size of your trade, and price moves can lead to significant losses. Traditional instruments follow the opening and closing hours of their real-world markets: prices can move while a market is closed, and may jump straight to a new level when it reopens. Only use funds you can afford to lose.
